Derek becomes a $$$*# and a whiny $#!$@. George wants to transfer to Mercy West and get accepted. Izzy falls in love with George. Callie is very VERY suspicious. Jane Doe is a %!!+$ and remembers everything. Adele is pregnant but collapsed in the hospital bathroom bleeding. Addison went to L.A to have a baby but isn't able to and she returned to Seattle but her friend told her they have an empty office in L.A for her. Burke has doubts about marrying Cristina. We'll find out who the next chief will be, soon. Did I miss anything?

In the last episode, when Derek threw a bachelor party at Joe's he met Meredith's half sister (but we're not supposed to know that yet). We're just assuming she is. But he didn't flirt with her. She offered him a drink and he declined.

I'm thinking we'll only find out next season. Am I the only one who thinks Bailey should be Chief? Bailey can't be Chief of Surgery because she's still a resident. Only attendings (Derek, Burke, Mark and Addison) can run for Chief of Surgery. Bailey is, however, running for chief resident along with Callie. Did I miss anything? YSL, I think you got it all pretty much. I'll only add that the interns took their 1st year exam and will get the results of that exam tonight. The 5 interns with the lowest scores will be kicked off the program.
