I think someone took like 6 bar stools we had, a dehumidifier, and some other shit. But that is pretty brazen to take it from the curb with no sign. What? That's crazy. I've never heard/seen of people stealing out of trash bins or driveways here in my neighborhood so it just totally came as a shock to see this lady helping herself to my mattress

If its put out near the curb, most people know that its free to take or else the city will come by and pick it up as trash at a later date (or until you haul it off yourself). Dump trucks normally don't collect big pieces like that, so its not really trash to begin with. Happens all the time, but usually with couches, coffee tables, old tvs etc. Anyway, this post is annoying.

Well thank you for making it more annoying by being the 20th person to tell me it's not trash nor is it stealing! I really wonder if half of the people on here don't read the other comments before posting and realize stuff has been said multiple times

ONCE AGAIN... this was clarified hours ago by several people who corrected me in saying that it is NOT illegal. Now you're just making yourself look incoherent by repeating things members have already established
