Giving a big smile for the paparazzi as she strolled along with a gal pal, the "Pieces of Me" singer was out for a visit to a local medical building for a doctor's checkup.

I am sure it will be in the bargain bin with Avril Lavene's line at KOHLS. She better quit with all the hair coloring. She doesn't have her perverted pappa's nice hair, like Jessica. She has Tina's hair and her hair thins and recedes if you have seen recent pics.
