I just bought it today
 I thought it was hair at first I can't tell you how much I gagged I am traumatized
Edit: Today in the mail I received a coupon for 1 free Snapple

Did the cap make the seal noise? If so, then I would email Snapple. If not, someone fucked with it. No need to go all crazy. You're still alive, right?

Still alive, and it did make the vacuum noise when I opened it, when wiped my tongue with my napkin there was back stringy stuff
