What's wrong? Why do you feel weird?

Like... random hot flashes. Then I'm cold. Headache. Slightly dizzy.
It could be a badly heated room and just a headache. But I just feel... off. Like I just want to put my head down on my desk and close my eyes. |

Oh boy. Hope you're not getting sick! I actually was feeling like that Halloween night..and was scared I was getting sick. I'm fine though, for now.

That sounds like how I feel when I'm getting sick.
BUT! Getting sick when you feel like that can be avoided. As soon as possible start drinking lots of water. And I mean lots, like 8 - 10 glasses throughout the day (I try to finish a gallon when I'm feeling like that). If possible, get to bed real early tonight; may sound crazy but try for lights out by 8 or 9pm. Before you go to sleep, take some Vitamin C. Hopefully by the time you wake up tomorrow, you should be feeling better. But keep up the water, early nights (if you can) and Vitamin C until the weekend. |

I drink so much water already. I'm about to make a crystal light that claims it has "antioxidants for immunity"
And I always go to bed early. I'm a loser! I go to bed between 9 and 10 usually to get up at 6. |

Also, if you're getting a scrathy or sore throat, I dilute some apple cider vinegar with water and gargle with it a few times:
Apple cider vinegar is a dangerous enemy to all kinds of germs that attack the throat. To fight throat germs, ACV gargle mixture works miracles (1 tbsp to 1/2 glass of water). Do not use hot water, as it kills the enzymes. Three mouthfuls of the mixture is gargled each hour, and then spit out. Do not swallow the gargled mixture, because ACV acts like a sponge, drawing out throat germs and toxins from surrounding tissues. |
