Lindsay Lohan was all business as she appeared at the Beverly Hills Court in Beverly Hills today (October 16).
The 23-year-old troubled starlet was on hand for a progress report in her two DUI cases.
Says a law enforcement source: "It's not that Lohan failed a drug test or anything, but it's an issue with her alcohol education program. It's all up to the judge Friday to determine what's going to happen to her. The judge could extend her probation for another year."
So, what happened? The judge decided to extend Lindsay's probation for one more year so she can finish her alcohol education classes.
LiLo's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley told the judge that her superstar client has finished 15 of 26 individual alcohol classes, 13 of 26 group alcohol classes and 13 of 28 self-help sessions.
Next hearing is schedule for December 15.
