Actually, designer heels are waaaay more comfortable and I don't know why, it must be the quality? I have a few pair of Gucci heels and I can stand in those suckers all day they damn near feel like flats Whereas my non designer shoes hurt my feet after an hour lol. Ever since then I've understood why women shell out good money for designer shoes.
