The main thing to PLEASE keep in mind is don't deprive yourself because you set yourself up for failure. Treat yourself here and there. I never eat fast food normally, but because when I leave the pool I'm famished and have burned so many calories, I can afford to eat that damned Wendys burger

And I also have set my goal to February to be back in the shape I was a couple of years ago by signing up for a triathlon that month. So my ass has no choice but to workout! I despise working out with other people. I've tried it and HAAAATE it. Classes I can handle, but I hate when someone bothers me when I'm working out.

Working out at the gym alone used to be enough, but it's not anymore. I just get lazy and stop going. I never thought I would like working out with other people either until my roommate decided to do the couch to 5k program. Then he asked me to do it with him and it's not so bad. Triathlon... that's hardcore/intense! The only thing driving me is that I have to be in my friend's wedding next year and I want to look good. So that gives me a little over a year to get my ass into shape.

I did this, and I felt like shit the day after my Cheat Day. I mean, I would make lists all week of the foods that I was going to get for it, basically pig out, and then have major remorse the next day. It was an awful mindfuck. It's nice in theory but it did not work for me.
