I've always hated the way I write in cursive, it's so terrible. My handwriting is sloppy, period. It's like a mixture of print/cursive lol. I remember my grandmother telling me they used to make them practice cursive in school all the time and she had nice cursive. She said often times they would have to practice writing loops, like for example what a lower case L would look like in cursive, so their hands got used to writing letters that way.
