For over two years now, Emily Peniche has been in a custody battle with NBA player Josh Powell (over their three-year-old daughter Patience). Josh Powell, who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, has allegedly been keeping young Patience away from her mother. In a rather touching video, Emily begs to be reunited with her daughter whom she claims she has not seen since she was 15 months old!

If she actually sent that letter and a judge reviewed it, there's no way that should still be going on, especially if she had the kind of proof she claimed to have.
