I use the FireFox Add-On called 'DownloadHelper'. It puts a little button in your toolbar, that becomes colored and animated when there is something on
the page that can be downloaded. Then you just click on it, and select the video you want downloaded. It saves as a .flv file, so it can be watched in VLC.
