It's gorgeous! Don't start at $100, I think it's worth wayyyyyyy more than that. I would start with at least $250 and if it doesn't sell on ebay at that price then try to find another place to sell it. Also, I know a fair amount about copyright and I wouldn't worry about it with this. You have obviously changed the original image to the point where it would be almost unrecognizable, so it becomes your copyright.
