My new scale says I lost 3.5 pounds this week which immediately tells me it is inaccurate and broken already.
I really don't think this is possible.
I hate scales. I don't trust them at all.

No I used the new one last week! I bought it last Friday and tried it right when I got home. But last week might've been right after dinner. Either way, I
ate fish tacos TWICE this week so it cannot be accurate!
I need to remember to do it in the morning so it's more accurate. |

Dana don't trust anything but how your clothes fit. |

I know! They are looser, so that's good. I just need a number like once a week to make sure I'm on track. Or to make me realize I didn't do well
that week.

I'm going to write a note and stick it on the bathroom door right now.

If you don't trust the scales, you could get a measuring tape and that'd probably be a more accurate way to see if you're losing weight.
