Has anyone tried these? I just wanted a regular womens multi-vitamin but I saw these instead. One A Day makes them (Weight Smart) but I bought the Target brand
(Weight Defense). I know they aren't magic diet pills, and I don't WANT magic diet pills, but I figure I could use the metabolism boost. I don't
want to take them if they are going to mess me up, though.
