For life? Only until it grows out which won't take long since it's like millimeters long. I'm black and I bleached chunks of my hair a couple of
years ago to put purple and later blue streaks in it. I bleached it about 3 times over a few months. It's fine now.
 The blue is gone, the bleach is
gone. It's grown out.
