The thing I REALLY hate about those commercials are the blatant untruths... Like there's one where someone mentions needing a computer for graphics and shit and they say that Mac's just aren't for that or aren't fast enough................ HELLO! What moron uses a PC for graphic heavy work?! Mac's are practically made to be used for graphic designing and art.
Maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit because I love my Mac's and I've ALWAYS used one for ALL my graphic design, web design and art, but I hate that blatant lie.I don't give a crap about anything else said cause... Well... you CAN get a lot more with a PC for a much cheaper price. That's not really going to make the machine worth it in the end, but THAT can be true.
Those damn PC commercials are such lies...

I had two Macs break on me IN A ROW right after the warranty ran out. AND the only reason Macs "don't get viruses" is because people don't
MAKE viruses for Macs. I now have a Mac desktop, which is lovely, and a cheap Acer laptop which I love. All the people arguing for Mac in here are making us
look bad.

My Acer laptop made it through two tours of Iraq and Korea. I was highly impressed with it. I still use it after 4 years. LOL!

Confused about why people think you can't upgrade a Mac. I upgraded my iBook on my own, with stuff I bought from Best Buy. BEFORE they started selling Macs
there.
& it's not hard AT ALL to find stuff that works on a Mac. It might not be that exact program, but people make versions that are usable on Macs. I'm not trying to dog PC users or anything, I use a PC at work, my husband has a PC laptop, & we've upgraded both PC's and Macs. I just prefer a Mac. But it IS upgradable if you know what you're doing and there's plenty of programs out there to be found that are super easy to use. Edit: & you can right click. I just put 2 fingers on the trackpad and push the button. Just as easy as my PC at work! |
