i saw jermaine a couple years ago on celebrity big brother in the uk (incidentally, latoya was on the series that aired earlier this year.)
during it, jermaine was a very softspoken and levelheaded guy, and by the end i found myself thinking what a solid person he seemed to be. he was very supportive to the girl in the house who was getting bullied by everyone else, and was the voice of reason and just all around nice guy. he ended up coming in second place, and might have won if the racism allegations hadn't taken over the season. i really liked him. latoya seemed pretty normal too - more so than you'd think. i just found myself surprised they weren't weirder or bigger divas, considering their lives and experiences. |
