I would say 1 or 2 times a week... ish

A real dessert? Maybe like once a week. Right now I have Flavor-Ices that have been my dessert for the past two weeks.

Almost always... I really like chocolate.
I don't do huge pieces of cake/pie or anything, it's usually just a cookie or a little bit of ice cream. |

Depends on if I felt like making something that day or bought something special. My son usually always gets a treat after dinner for eating well. Me and hubby
might get something sweet later in the evening, but usually never eat dessert right after dinner.

I never really eat an after-dinner dessert. Once in awhile I'll buy some chocolate or ice cream but I just eat it whenever I feel like it.

It depends where I am. When I'm at my apartment, it rarely happens. When I'm at my parents' house, I tend to eat dessert more often because we eat
out alot. Plus they have food whereas I don't
 (due to choice as
opposed to being poor lol. I just don't shop much).

If you count fruit or yougurt then every night. I especially love those individually frozen strawberries, but sometimes I treat myself with frozen yogurt or
instant pudding made with 2% milk
