It could be from hair ties too. I had one on my wrist for a couple hours and then put my hair up. When I saw my therapist later that day she asked if I was
cutting.

i think if someone was in the public eye, they wouldn't cut themselves where it can easily seen because then people will talk and they'd try to have to
deny it. i can't tell if she is or isn't but hopefully she isn't.
