It's hollywood, not usually the place you look to for virtue, fairness or most other things How do you think people like Paris Hilton and Heidi and Spencer become "famous'" in this day and age? Clearly not based on talent lol It sucks a lot but that's just how things work out sometime in entertainment 'biz'.

They are all huge stars and can be in any type of movie they want. If Kate Winslet decides that instead of a blockbuster with a $300 million budget, she wants to be in a small movie with a $10 million budget she's certainly aware that she won't receive $20 million for it, and that has nothing to do with Hollywood think of her talent or with her agent.

First of all, Aniston made a couple small rom coms that failed to even get distributed until recently, she did an ensemble comedy, and Marley & Me (a gf/wife part not even central to the story) there's no way her asking price is even close to Diaz or Bullock's. But from how it read, it looks like they counted her bottled water shilling,hefty Friends residuals, and movies....just so she could rank second behind Jolie. Whereas for other actresses, it appears they only covered their movie asking price. Since Barrymore has covergirl endorsements, was the producer of the He's Not That Into You, and she gets an A-list asking price, she surely would rank higher than aniston. Ditto Reese Witherspoon and her asking price and Avon shilling. It's like they counted the kitchen sink and everything in it for Aniston (courtesy of her big PR), and only counted movie salary asking prices for the other women just so she'd outrank them and come in behind Jolie. It's all PR propaganda.
