...a girl who spends her entire day on Facebook, sending virtual drinks to people, tending to a virtual garden, and adopting virtual pets.
This is the ultimate FML. |

That's kind of childish.

LOL! A garden is fine so as long as you aren't planting things every 1/2 hour
Childish of me to complain? I'm just a bit frustrated with love and dating in general. Childish of her indeed - she's in her mid-20s and should be doing adult work instead of having cartoon images glued all over her page. |

How about being passed over for a balding 40 year old married woman with 2 kids? FML x2.

I'm not straight. This is part of the frustration - trying to find single, beautiful, feminine, sweet, women in my age bracket.
It's very difficult if you aren't from a major city like NYC, L.A., etc. where the gay scene is more prominent. Hence my frustration - I'd finally found one I liked, but someone else beat me to the punch

I seriously thought it was a job too
I wouldn't think about it in terms of someone "beating" you to her. If it was meant to be it would have been meant to be especially if this chick does suck as much as you think she does. You will find someone suited for you eventually. |

Thanks for the encouragement Mistress
I know I'm fortunate because I'm in good health, have fantastic friends who are there for me, have great parents, and am working towards the degree I've always wanted. At the same time, it'd just be nice to have someone to walk through life with. It's been a long time since my last kiss, and it was with a creepy guy who followed me into the bathroom and just took me by surprise FML, guess I won't be getting any cuddles or love this summer. |

That does sound difficult
Have you thought about a dating site?

Yes, that's where I came across her. She was the only one who stood out - adorable, sweet, nice profile.
The rest of the women are all not my type (butch, obese) or want a 3-way with their boyfriend (so gross). Or they live too far. I removed my profile, but I'm keeping an eye on the site in case someone good happens to pop up. Might take a while, but I'm sure someone will come.
Thank you for listening to me and empathizing. |

I totally understand. In fact, all the girls I've liked/dated I have met online. (They're not many, though). Makes me feel like a loser sometimes
But sometimes you just have to stop looking, that's when they find you!
