Varies from city to city but they're illegal with in Austin City Limits, and the county is under a burn ban right now so if you're caught shooting them
off you're gonna get in trouble

Anything that flies into the air is illegal to purchase in Michigan by a regular citizen. Though they are still let off here. People get them from Ohio.

Illegal in Michigan, but we always get our fireworks from Indiana and set them off over Lake Huron and we've never had an issue. We're like a mile from
the harbor and the police boat is always out on the water and have never done anything about it...probably because we're letting them off over the lake.
