Well Andy Roddick has made over $12 million in his career in prize money. In 2008 he made about $1.3 million but you can expect to double or triple that with
sponsorship deals, especially if you're marketable like Andy is.

I think if you're ranked lower than probably 50 in the World, you struggle to pay your own way on purely prize money so unless you're gonna go for a
superstar (I believe Djokovic is single?!) then tennis probably isnt the best route to go down
