WHY would she? She's SECONDARY.
His Mother has the kids, that's where he wanted them. Let this go. |

How could she fight for the kids? The Will states that if his mother is not living or does not/can not provide for them then Diana gets them. She has no way to
fight it seeing that Katherine WANTS the kids.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/music/michael-jackson/5712736/Michael-Jackson-Diana-Ross-named-as-childrens-guardian.html
In his five-page will, which has been registered in Los Angeles County Superior Court, he leaves his £303 million ($500million) estate in a trust for his children. He states that his 79-year-old mother, Katherine, should be carer for his three children, Prince Michael I, 12; Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II, seven.
It said that should his mother be unable to look after their children, then Diana Ross, 65, his mentor, should be their guardian. The will was made on July 7, 2002 and three associates for Jackson - attorney John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel - are named co-executors of the will. It also states that he chose not to provide for his former wife Debbie Rowe. The documents said Jackson's estate consisted almost entirely of "non-cash, non-liquid assets, including primarily an interest in a catalogue of music royalty rights which is currently being administered by Sony ATV, and the interests of various entities." The Sony ATV deal includes the Beatles back catalogue. |

Bubbles, his chimp had filed for legal guardianship of the children.
His llama had also asked for partial custody. Bubbles has agreed. Its settled Weriiid. |

I find it really weird that MJ wouldn't think of someone younger as a potential guardian for those kids. Seriously, his mom is about 80, and Diana Ross is
in her late 60's.
