I never understood that. If you fuck up your job, you at least get reprimanded for it.

Seriously. And players can't say anything about the officiating without being fined. Officials have one of the best jobs ever. They get to wear black and
white stripes, grab Heater bum, fuck up and be shielded from anyone talking shit about how you fucked up.
