How do you write it? I looked it up and it's spelled both ways!
Is it cancelled or canceled?

It's acceptable both ways. Although I think "canceling" is the only way to spell that one.

It annoys me because I've seen it spelt both ways but I prefer cancelled.

My spell check doesn't like cancelled so I use canceled to appease it.

The outlook that I have at work allows both cancelled and canceled. Sometimes I'll be typing real fast and accidentally type it both ways in an email and I
have to proofread the old fashion way to make sure I spelled them all the same.

Canceled is American English and Cancelled is British or Canadian English.
