I just passed by a TV and CNN was saying troops were leaving Iraq cities. Is that true?

It's scheduled. Tuesday is the deadline for the U.S. troops to be out of Iraqi cities. It's the next phase of our withdrawal. There are still about
130,000 U.S. troops there and they will be "securing" the rural areas until we leave.
