i was never a party or get together person to begin with but these days i just get so nervous and it doesnt help that im anti social.

I'm that way now too. I used to be so outgoing and now I could easily panic in large crowds or be around people I don't know.

Me too. It's gotten so bad, I seriously have only 4 places I can go to: home, work, gym, grocery store.
Worst part is since I do PR, I'm supposed to be social. |
