I was at Wal-Mart today and I'm walking in and I see this car with a handicapped permit pull into a handicapped spot, not only that but it was one of the
spots especially for the handicapped vans. They were in a Mercury Cougar, and for those of you who don't know that is a fairly small sports car. Well the
people get out and they are a both fairly large, they could have been deemed "medically obese" but they were no where near needing a handicapped tag.
I mean if they could fit into a Cougar you can get the idea.
I really just don't understand why handicapped permits are given out for basically any reason. Especially for people being overweight.
I understand that there could have been another reason they were given the permit but it didn't visibly look like anything was wrong with them at all. They were both laughing and talking to each other, so it wasn't them being deaf or blind or anything.
Hell, my grandma has to park in the regular spots because all of the handicapped spots are taken up most of the time, and for them to be taken up by overweight people is beyond annoying.
