I work at a college, and in the summertime the buildings are pretty much empty. My office happens to be in one of these buildings. Today the police from a few
counties are doing 'Shooter Training,' which is basically training for incidents like Va Tech. So they're running back and forth by my office door
in full fucking SWAT gear screaming and shooting paint balls and blanks and fucking banging on the doors and pulling the fire alarm and stuff, from 8am - 5pm.
It's freaky as hell and I'm thinking about taking the
day off.
