And this 3 hours of extreme fuckery is EXACTLY why I never watch any network award shows (VMAs, BET Awards, Grammys, etc.) anymore.
I swear, I think the last properly-produced award show for any network/occasion might have been back in 1995 or something.

You know this show wasn't so bad. The problem was that the expectations didn't meet with was shown. I think anyone who didn't know about BET
statements really would have enjoyed the show. However, seeing as we where promised tribute performances and that's not what we got we are understandably
upset.
