We are getting Mexican takeout tonight....not many choices for me. Are the fajitas with shrimp my best bet? They aren't slathered in cheese and I just
won't eat the tortilla.

When I'm being good, I get chicken fajitas, and if I'm craving something to snack on before the meal gets there, I get corn tortillas and dip them in
salsa!
