Just b/c she's not married to Tom doesn't mean she couldn't give the kid Tom's last name. Traditionally kids take their dad's last name -
it's not like they don't know who his dad is.
But it is interesting that Giselle always seems to be taking care of this kid - she's the one seen holding him, putting him in the car and caring for him while his dad just stands there. Also if he was concerned about photographers why not carry the kid or at least hold his hand? |

I still can't tell if she is pregnant or not. I'm kind of leaning towards yes because she's got "mom hands"
 It seems that when
women get pregnant and become mothers, they get these veiny hands. I love that part about my mom's hands
