A balcony railing caught fire and apparently, the force came in. 
A woman threw her cigarette into a plant on her balcony without extinguishing it. The plant caught fire, the balcony railing caught fire, and all the furniture on the balcony went up. But luckily, the fire department got there before the apartment itself caught fire. The worst part was that the woman apparently left after tossing her cigarette butt, and she pulled back into the complex to see the fire department, police, ambulances, the apartment management, and a bunch of neighbors standing outside.
