I have quiet a few.
1. My earliest MUSIC memory was the Thiller video. I used to cry when he turned into a monster, like bawl and hiccup.
2. I used to try to do the lean in Smooth Criminal. I didn't know he had special shoes that helped him do it. I feel on my face soooo many times.
3. We had crazy dances in high school, with a video screens and everything, and the DJ would always close the dance with a 12 minute MJ melody, and EVERYONE and their mama would be on the floor dancing, students, teachers, even parents. It was THE reason we went to dances at my school.
4. Collecting Michael Jackson cards. I still have an album full of them.

Anyway my other favorite memory was when I got to meet him and seeing him at Virgin mega store.
