I think they are kind of on the same level. I wasn't around when Elvis died though, so I don't know really.

I don't think it's fair to compare. They were both amazing and talented musicians that affected a lot of people from different generations.

They're the same. I was around when Elvis died and remember my mom's reactions and the coverage and everything. This is the same....not bigger.

I obviously wasn't around. Was Elvis as big an international star as Elvis? Honestly...just asking because I don't know. Before people jump down my
throat. I honestly don't know if he had the same international popularity as The Beatles or Michael Jackson because I haven't heard about it.

It's different. When Elvis died there was no internet to sit around and watch videos and tributes and be constantly reminded of it. On the other hand, we move on a lot faster nowadays. |

The Beatles and Rolling Stones all went to Memphis to work with Elvis. He influenced Johnny Cash. Yes Elvis had a huge impact.

Probably. They didn't have all this media shit when Elvis died. They didn't have Twitter and such.

I guess it depends on what you mean by bigger. It's bound to be a much bigger sensation due to the media outlets, but if you mean in its impact on
people...I don't know if there's a way to measure that?

I don't know, I wasn't alive when Elvis died. My mother says it was absolutely insane when he died.

The man hasn't even been dead for a full day yet.
