Awww, Michael's kids are making him proud:
Jackson Kids Save the Day Posted Nov 9th 2009 2:00AM by TMZ Staff Meddling kids and Scooby Doo go hand-in-hand -- so it makes total sense that Michael Jackson's kids helped save a dog named Scooby Roo.
As we told you last month, Prince and Paris Jackson saw Scooby on the news and decided to help out. Well it worked -- Scooby was outfited with a custom cart this weekend. Fuzzy Rescue, the organization that rescued Scooby, tells us it will take about 1-2 weeks for him to get used to the car -- and he'll be running around in no time. http://www.tmz.com/ |

awww that is a really great story!
But how do they really know the kids were involved?
I'm really excited to see what these kids do... I think that they could really do some amazing things in life. I hope they carry on MJs legacy by using their money and international fame in a positive way, like he did... It's kind of nervewracking to think that Paris and Prince will be teens soon and their dad won't be here to make sure they are making the right choices. Being who they are, they could easily get on the wrong track and make bad choices. |

Greedy Joe Jackson continues his quest to take money from the King of Pop's babies
Michael Jackson's will: Joe Jackson goes to court alleging fraud November 09, 2009, - Joe Jackson went to court on Monday, November 9, alleging his son, Michael Jackson, never signed his will and co-executors Branca and McClain have committed a fraud. Doubts were raised about the authenticity of the will after Randy Jackson told TMZ in October that Michael wasn't in Los Angeles on July 7, 2002, the place and date ascribed on the will be a witness. However, Jackson's estate lawyer, Howard Weitzman, told TMZ that the witnesses to the will were face to face with the singer when he signed it. Speculation that the will is forged was put to rest after a source told TMZ that one of the witnesses to the will incorrectly wrote Los Angeles instead of New York on the document. However, Joe Jackson is not convinced the inconsistency in the document is an innocent oversight and believes attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain should be booted out as co-executors. In legal documents filed on Monday, Joe Jackson's attorney, Brian Oxman, alleges that Michael fired Branca in 2003 on suspicion of embezzling his money. An investigation exposed an improper relationship between Branca and Tommy Mottola and revealed the two were "illegally funneling Michael Jackson's money to off-shore accounts in the Caribbean." John Branca had been associated with Michael since 1985 and helped Michael purchase The Beatles' publishing
catalog.

Michael really did raise some good kids. MJ would be so proud of them.
Joe just needs to quit. MJ left him out of his will for a reason. |

This man is so embarrassing. It's hard to believe that he is the father of such a great person like MJ.

girl7here wrote:Is this true? If Michael really did fire Branca then why the hell didn't he update his will and take him off as an executor? I find it weird that someone who thought everyone was trying to kill him didn't have a rock solid will. The man was 50 years old... it's upsetting to me that he didn't keep on top of all of this. He was such a control freak... so it's sort of amazing to me that he didn't take care of this as he should have. |

Michael seemed to let the people around him "take care" of things, which is why he still owes so many people. That's why I don't put too much
stock in some of the decisions that were made. I don't look at them as a reflection of Michael really because more than likely he didn't even know what
was going on.

First of all, does Branca still work closely with Tommy Mottola? And since Sony is the one who bought TII, that's basically Tommy Mottola profiting off of Michael, right? |

joe jackson's motives are questionable- but what he he is right and the will is fraudulent?
It's very common for people to neglect to update their wills, so who knows? |
