Michael was taking a lot of risks trying to deal with the insomnia- taking powerful prescription drugs. I feel the saddest for the children throughout all
this.
In videos you can see how much they adored him, esp. the oldest. |

I don't even believe that she wants custody. It's all statements from people other than her. Until I see her saying on video she is gonna fight for
custody, I think it's all b.s.
I don't know what to believe

last interview:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GIKAm39_jTI He answers it all without flinching, the world knew him as a pedophile which he was not. Just too nice and childlike at times. Its so sad. If he didn't have what seems like the Peter Pan syndrome..this could have been all prevented I believe.

i don't think that TMZ breakdown of who get's what is accurate. there would be no reason to split his assets equally between his mum, who is nearly 80,
and his chidren, who are obviously much younger, and of whom there are three. he would leave the bulk of the estate to the kids, a portion to his family -
including his siblings - and a portion to charity.
this is the first and only celebrity who is culterally and emotionally relevent to me, so this grieving experience is new. i've come to realise that the sense is going to stay with me for the rest of my life. |

I still think he is and the only thing that's gonna prove otherwise, to me, are the documents.

blackbritishbabe wrote:CNN reported the same breakdown earlier in the day. His mom gets 40% and if she dies that transfers to his kids. So basically....they get it all. I think what people aren't realizing in regards to his family is that he DID give 40% to his mother. So, to me at least, that doesn't exactly mean he left his siblings out....just that she got the money and he trusted her to do with it as she saw fit. If he supported his family members up till now, there's really no reason to believe that would stop simply because they weren't in the will. I'm sure Katherine will provide for her family the same as Michael did.

watching Jermaine talk about Michael is so sad...his eyes were red, but he is a good speaker. I can see why he did most of the talking during the times Michael
was going through his trial and now. He was singing the song "smile" and broke down. He said he would sing it to Michael then the end of the segment
you hear Michael singing the song. So so sad and his voice was always so clear and perfect when he sang.

Why would he leave money to his siblings? A lot of them have their own money. Some were generously supported by Michael when he was alive. And if they need
money, they can get jobs. They are all still young. Michael didn't owe his siblings a dime. Plus, most likely when Katherine dies, her share of
Michael's fortune will most likely be left to them and their children. Or at least the ones who are not as well off as others.
