he looks so thin though. i do think 50 concerts so close together would have been too much...whoever signed him up for that needs a kicking.

God, I miss him. I never thought I'd be dealing with this kind of emotion, not to mention this early in my life. I thought for sure he'd be old and
grey before I'd have to say goodbye to him.

Yeah. I figured he had another 30 years in him at least.

I never thought a celebrity death would take this much out of me. He was an amazing performer, just an amazing man. I would of killed to seen him perform live.
He was my music hero since I knew what music was. I fought many close friends whenever they spoke negatively of him, which they often did when he was
mentioned. My heart hurts. He will be missed so much. I am so grateful to this board for this thread...talking with people that also loved him.

Josh lover wrote: I agree...for me I was in shock at first with little emotion. Now it seems like the more I read and watch about him, I become more and more emotional. I feel like I may just fall into denial over this...I mean...it's just too surreal. There is a part of me that wishs I could have made a difference in his life...sounds sutpid but kind of like I wish I could have called him up and told him how much he meant to me...and then asked if he wanted to go play miniature golf or something normal.

babydtc23 wrote:OMG, that's EXACTLY how I feel. I actually thought Bea Arthur was the one celeb death that would hurt the most, but it's definitely MJ. When I first heard about it I was shocked but it wasn't painful. But the more I thought about it, read about it, thought about how much he meant to me growing up dancing to his songs, buying his albums, staying up late to see video premieres and interviews with my mom and dad, etc. The more I realised how interwoven he was in my growing up so it feels like losing a childhood friend. And I like you wish I could have reached out to him to tell him he was loved and admired. I just keep looking at the really old footage of him as a boy and it breaks my heart to see such a cute and innocent child end up the way he did on June 25th.

X17 XCLUSIVE - Michael's Family Prepares For His Funeral
This afternoon, X17 photographers spotted what is believed to be the white carriage that will be used during Michael Jackson's funeral, which should take place sometime this week. At a press conference earlier today, Joe Jackson would not confirm when the services would be held, but we can't imagine the family would want to wait much longer to lay the beloved music icon to rest. And doesn't a white horse drawn carriage seem totally befitting for the king of pop? ![]() ![]()

1:25 onwards is just genius. 4:45 is a demo for ABC that I've never heard before. I quite like that version!
