I've seen worse on JJB where people actually are down right mean and you have the nerve to talk about my comments because of Michael. I've been to the Justin threads and I'm a Justin fan and a nysnc fan and watched people chop each others heads off and spit it out to each other. I've seen worse shit than my comments and you have the nerve to single me out? I think not.... My comments are childlike compared to some of the ones I've seen if anyone says anything about JT and I love the guy. It goes into nastiness overboard. |

From TMZ
We've learned Michael Jackson's lawyer has a copy of the singer's will and he intends to file it with the court. |

Michael Jackson's Estate in CourtInitial papers have been filed with the court to probate Michael Jackson's estate. But it seems
Jackson's mom and dad don't know Jackson had a will.

Is anybody watching this live conference?
Michael Jackson's family wants to talk. Patriarch Joe Jackson has called an 11:30 a.m. press conference presumably to discuss the latest news. We already know the family won temporary custody of Michael's kids, but was not granted control of the Thriller star's estate. With the Rev. Al Sharpton expected to join the elder Jackson this morning, there's also speculation that details of a worldwide memorial might be unveiled. Keep watching our live coverage and get all the news as is happens. http://www.eonline.com/uberblog/b131763_michael_jacksons_family_makes_statement.html?sid=twitterfeed_topstories&utm_source=eonline&utm_medium=twitterfeed&utm_campaign=twitterfeed_topstories |

I'm watching. All they're discussing is why Joe was at the BET awards talking about a record label.

Who was discussing that? I just tuned in, I'm not sure what's going on.
No, Katherine and Joe are not divorced, but they are living separately, I don't think it's a legal separation either. |

hmm, i just finished watching that press conference. it was a shambles, and i don't understand what the purpose was. al sharpton started out trying to
explain why joe jackson talked about the record company at the BET awards (i guess they realised that looked quite callous and distasteful) and then joe
jackson comes out and ruins everything by promoting the record company again!
i want to believe joe jackson is motivated by love and not money, but he is making it hard. certainly, he should employ a spokesman rather than speak himself. he is not as erudite as he thinks. |

^That's probably why he had someone read a statement about Michael.

What did he say to justify why he was promoting his record label? I only caught the very end of the conference. I know we've said over and over people
mourn in different ways, but each time he laughed is just creepy TO ME.

^^
joe said he mentioned the record company because the CNN interviewer asked him what else he was doing - however, i think the interviewer meant, 'what are you doing regarding funeral arrangments and michael's legacy?? |

blackbritishbabe wrote:Thanks! I could kind of see why he might get confused, but whether or not his grief is real he should have someone else speak on behalf of the family from here on out because each time he opens his mouth he keeps digging a bigger hole. And the laughing is still creepy. |
