I'm hoping to get a used Jeep Liberty soon. Are you happy with yours? Any pros/cons?
Thanks

I wouldn't get one again if I had the choice. It's so tall that it seems like it wobbles when it's windy, it's not as spacious inside as I
would hope (I can't put my carseat behind either the driver or passenger seat) the drive isn't that great. I don't know, I think I just miss having
a car! I wished I got a Honda CR-V.
The pro's are that the back is enormous, you have lots of trunk space I guess haha Oh I forgot to say the one thing that really sucks is its 6cylinder so it sucks up gas like CRAZY but isn't spacious enough to justify it.

I leased a Liberty for four years, leased another one and just ended up purchasing it with only 20,000 miles on it. I like it. It's great in the snow which
is the main reason I stuck with it, I live in a snowbelt so I need four wheel drive. But I really have no complaints, it's a little loud on the freeway
when it's windy but that may just be my car, because my previous Liberty didn't have that issue.

O bought mine used. They hold up really well from what I can see. I am over 100,000 miles and it's still going along like normal.

Not a Liberty, but I own a Jeep Patriot. It sucks, and I'd never get one again. It has a 4-cylinder, but I only get about 25mpg highway. The interior is
all cheap plastic. It's SUPER noisy, and "tinny" (chinsy...feels like you're riding in a pop can.)
I think the Liberty is a little better though. I've looked at the interior of those, and they seem to be a little better built and higher quality. |
