I cried when I watched the preview for this movie but I didn't cry at all during it. I didn't like the cast for Sara, Anna and Kate. It would have been
much better if the fannings did it, there was a different mother and the ending stayed the same.
And I don't consider the book ending a copout because she thought of thr ending before she even wrote the book. So it isn't like she changed her mind halfway through and couldn't make a decision. |

It sucked. I was left really unsatisfied, and I didn't even have super high expectations going from book to movie. I would be really annoyed if I had had
to pay for my ticket. Thank you, Optimum Rewards.

I saw the movie and I loved it. I have also read the book so I was definitely surprised at how they changed the ending and many other things. They definitely
took many liberties so is one of those cases where you have to disassociate the book from the movie in order to enjoy it.

I avoiding all topics regarding this movie until I finished the book. I have to say I was pissed at the ending. Kate had overcome so much in her life, this was
her success of the cancer. Her sister lost her life but gave Kate her life back. Her parents treated Anna and Jesse like they didn't matter. Everything
revolved around Kate and her cancer. They ended up loosing the child they brought into this life to save Kate.
Also the book says that Jesse became a Police Officer.. not an Artist. I hate when they make huge changes like these. Btw.. I think Cameron did a horrible job in this movie. I love Abigail, I think she is a brilliant actress. |

Everyone in the cast did a really nice job.
