What do you need to have to fill out aid for school? I know that they will be going on my income alone since i am old enough. Do they need like unemployment
paperwork or what.

You need to fill out a FAFSA for any school. You can list what schools you want it sent to, and then the school will determine what you can be awarded for
financial aid.

I looked at FAFSA for that i am looking if there is any additional information for unemployment where you have to put that information on there. i got confused
so i called the school and they said all you HAVE to do is fill out all the information. My school is insane and i would ask my advisor but he is on vacation
til early July.

If you did your taxes for 2008, your unemployment should be factored in on there. I received unemployment for the first part of last year, and it's all
factored in on my 1040. Fill it out as best as you can you so can get your FEC (family expected contribution...or something like that), and then your school
can determine how much to give you. If it seems wrong, you can always correct your FAFSA.

Well i can't do my parents part of it since i am over the age for that. i just dont want my unemployment to interfere with my aid so i can get more money
for my school stuff. that's all. i dont want to lose my aid i mean i work pt now and my income is very low and i didn't know if my unemployment would
hurt me in the long run.

You can always call them. You'll be on hold for a year and a day, but they were able to answer my questions when I called.

I didn't do my parents part either, because I am not a dependent. It asks if you are a dependent filer or independent filer. Just fill it out the best you
can. Trust me, I know it's stressful getting it started, but it gives you step by step directions. Just do it!

You could call the financial aid advisers? I always need extra information after the FAFSA that I never know about til the middle of the semester.

Yes you likely have to put in your unemployment income infoon the FAFSA. And if you go back and have to correct some of your income info, likely that will get
you flagged by the Department of Education for the verification process, which can make the award process even longer.
