She's probably going to say "This is a real job" , but you know what I mean. |

How do they pay you? Weekly, monthly, quarterly?

I have a credit card with them, where I could just pay myself whenever I wanted. It's either that or direct deposit into your back account, but I
didn't want to give them my banking info. And now that I think about it, the credit card is a scam. From what I remember reading when I first started, the
owner of ChaCha backs the bank (small and online) and every time you put money on your card they charge you $2. I wonder whose pocket that money is going into.
They have some money of mine and I want it ASAP.

No competent attorney would get involved in your temper tantrum. Read the contract you agreed to before you started.

It's not a temper tantrum. As far as I can tell, they fired me for no good reason. They need to explain to me what I did that was so terrible if they want
me to just shut up and take it.

It's not a credit card. It's a debit card.
Did you send a bitchy e-mail to them or something? If you've been a good guide for over a year, I doubt they'd deactivate you just because?

As far as I can tell, they fired me for no good reason. They're allowed to fire you for no reason. |

How many hours did you spend a day doing this job?
Just curious. |

Do you know what AT-WILL means? It means they can let you go/terminate your services for any reason as long as it's not discriminatory. Read your contract.

I meant debit card. No bitchy email. I just questioned a QC last night. That's it. And then they fire me, without warning. On another site I read that
someone was told they were deactivating their account in three days. Why deactivate mine so fast? Something here is not right and I don't like it.
Lately I've only been spending a few hours every day. Last summer I was on all the damn time. |

But we're allowed to question QCs, I don't know why they'd deactivate you. :/ I'm sorry you got deactivated. Maybe you could ask why, somehow?
IDK.

Well, honestly it doesn't seem like you're getting your money's worth anyway. 5k a year sucks.
Try to find a part time job. |

Sorry this happened to you but if it were any other job you wouldn't be able to sue them so you might as well just move on.
