But I would imagine that they went into this with good intentions. To get much-needed money to raise 8 children, to provide for their future, etc. But as the saying goes: "The road to hell is paved with good intentions." I can't imagine that X years ago, when they signed up for this, they thought it would end like this. Being around 1 child in the supermarket for even 5 minutes makes me crazy, so I can't not even BEGIN to imagine what it must be like to be around 8 children 24/7. So I won't rag on either one of them for feeling the stress of that. I really wish everyone in that family the best for their future.

What happened to that...it just went straight to the next show. Anyways was pretty sad I hope they can atleast keep coming together for certain points, hopefully it won't be too rough for the children.

That was sad, but I think everyone saw the oncoming trainwreck, so I don't know why anyone would be surprised or too broken up about it. I just hope Jon and Kate will grow up before they completely ruin their kids' lives.

Not sure what he thinks is on the other side though. I'll bet what he thinks his new life will be is much different than what it will actually be. I can't believe they aren't ending the show. She is a total hypocrite. "Everything for the kids" -- yeah right. Fuck that.

These two both suck so hard. The thing that bothers me so much is that Kate will continue to play victim. Jon is definitely a dick if he cheated on her -- which he probably did -- but cmon lady, there are two people in that marriage. She is a complete and total overpowering BITCH, plain and simple. There's a difference between being headstrong and having an opinion and being a nagging shrew. And Jon thinks he's 20 years old, apparently. I wish he was better at explaining himself, because a lot of it is 'you know' or 'I dunno.' I laughed so hard when he said he might get offered a job. The only thing is, the kids really do seem to have a much more genuine connection and relationship with him. Neither one is perfect, but I hope they're being honest when they say they'll be civil for their children. Doubt it, though. Kate never stopped throwing Jon under the bus tonight. And I almost died when she kept acting like she had been biting her tongue all these years.

"Over the course of this weekend, Jon's activities have left me no choice but to file legal procedures in order to protect myself and our children," Kate said in a statement Monday night. "While there are reasons why it was appropriate and necessary for me to initiate this proceeding, I do not wish to discuss those reasons at this time, in the hope that all issues will be resolved amicably between Jon and myself. As always, my first priority remains our children." hmmmm, wonder what he was up to this weekend?
