and I still woke up late or couldn't hear them go off. I have a feeling I was too tired, or I don't remember turning them off and going back to bed.
Anyone have that experience?

Yes. I finally got one that makes this God-awful fire alarm sound, and put it in my kitchen, so I'm forced to get up and walk to turn it off. That does the
trick unless I'm on cold medicine. Are you usually a heavy sleeper, or is it a phase?

This only happens when I'm really tired and lack of sleep the day before.
I placed one of the alarms a few walking distances from the room to force myself up. Still, I couldn't hear it go off. |

My mom has one of those fire alarm ones that can wake the dead. I'm a really heavy sleeper and I literally jumped out of bed when it went off.
