I randomly decided to hang out with a co-worker I never hang out with, he randomly decided to hang out with an old friend that he never hung out with. The
co-worker and old friend were buddies. The rest is history

we met at the bar when i was studying abroad (in scotland, he's from there). both of us were wasted. he was being set up with a girl by his friends that
night, but he saw me across the bar and just got up from the table where his date was to talk to me. way out of character for me but we kissed at the bar that
night and went on our first date the next night. we've now been dating around 2.5 years and we live together in california.
