I know! The shitty dads ruin the moment for good dads. I'm hanging with mine because I love him to pieces and he's a real man. He doesn't think
it's a big deal but I got him flowers and golf gear and my mom's taking him out to dinner. Lol role reversal.

My dad is awesome, he doesn't really care about fathers day but i'm sure the good dads appreaciate the cards/gifts secretly too!

Because the mom is the one who lugs the baby around for months and then pushes it out of her vagina.

The father hating posts make me really sad. My dad is awesome and I love him. I just got off the phone with him actually!

My father is marvelous, but I"m sorry, my sons father might as well have been a sperm donor. Worthless. Happy Sperm Donor Day? Yeah.

My dad is the best. I don't know what I'd do without him.

Because traditionally moms do more in the children raising than the dads.

Well this is my 2nd year without my dad but when he was alive, both Father's Day and Mother's Day was a big thing for my sister and I and we always
showed up with a card, a little gift, and a nice visit.

I love my dad and to me Father's Day is just as big as Mother's Day because they've both done a lot for my brother and I.

We usually do something at my Nana's for both holidays. We try to keep it pretty even about which is more "revered".

This is what Fox News was talking about that- on Mother's Day people spend an average of $126 but on Father's Day they spend an average of $90

adreayoung wrote: Because women are materialistic. My dad's perfect father's day gift was when we left him alone At Juneteenth yesterday I talked to a lot of dads, almost everyone said they were going to church then just chilling at the house. BBQing, playing football, swimming...pretty much just hanging out with their family. That's just how guys are. |

We do more on Father's day than we do on Mother's day. I do agree that most do more for Mother's day though.

And by "left alone" I mean, let him sleep in, let him have the remote, etc... don't come in his room in the morning w/breakfast, don't plan
his day, don't cook etc... he'll do it
