Useless but mainly because the company is so afraid of lawsuits legal wont let HR do anything beyond take notes and say "we will look into it"
My one HR lady can put away some beers. |

We have the worst HR ever at my company. They're nasty and won't even take the time to answer any questions. Right before Xmas 2 years ago they layed
off about 12 people and tried to fight there unemployment.

I deal directly with our corporate HR dept (all two of them) all the time. There are times when they're slow to respond but they do a good job overall.

I love my HR manager.. he is a fun person to work with and easy to talk to about anything.
HR corporately, however, is horrific. |

My HR department is amazing. She's so very helpful and knowledgeable and just nice! Yeah.. I'm the HR department.
