I started running a couple of weeks back. When I first started my knees and calves hurt real bad, but now they have stopped and my ankles hurt when I am
running.
Could it be my shoes? I stretch somewhat before hand, but not a lot. Just curious how I can get my ankles to stop hurting while I run.
